Want some tips from a pro? Here are a few of my suggestions to keep your appliances running like a champ:

In the Kitchen:

+ Buy cheap temperature gauges (from Lowes or Home Depot) for your freezer and fresh food compartments of your refrigerator. I recommend you keep your freezer temp between 0-5 degrees F and fresh food compartments between 37-38 degrees F. This will keep you from over working the compressor.

+ Keep your condenser on your refrigerator clean with a  soft bristled brush or soft bristle attached to your shop vac.
